I'm afraid it's not possible. A email that you can delete directly from the iPad can't have been synchronised with iTunes, so there will not be a copy on your PC or Mac.

I'm afraid not - delete it and it's gone (unless you backed it up somewhere else). However, if the iPad's Photo app offers you a delete option, then it wasn't synchronised with iTunes so it was probably received, say, by email. In that case, a copy of the photo might still be on your email server...

I've never used it, so YMMV.

If you did a backup/sync with iTunes before you deleted the picture, and have not done one since losing the picture, you may be able to get it back this way.

Again, you are on your own. I've never used this software. I believe there are other similar products also, so it might be worth shopping around. Just don't' do another sync until you do, because that would erase it from the iTunes backup as well.
