Hello to I check health app icon ❤️Like where I saw 2434 steps show sir did our iPhone show real time results without fittest band.

Yes. The iPhone will track steps by itself. No fitness device or third party app required. It can be turned on/off under Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness. You can see what apps and/or devices contribute to your step count by going to the Health app > Health Data > Data Sources & Access.

1 more thing I downloaded app like pedometer+ that show little difference in both did it’s accurate we relays 2nd can iPhone do any thing for BP

Without a step tracking device, the Pedometer+ app depends on the same data as the Health app. There should be little difference.

The iPhone’s Health App can track blood pressure, but you have to enter it manually unless you have a bluetooth enabled blood pressure cuff with a companion app. There is no way to automatically monitor blood pressure. You have to put a device on and initiate the test.
