G grate1 iPF Noob Jun 23, 2010 #6 I've tested a headset in my iPad using Skype and it worked fine. The headset has one jack with an extra ring for the mic. The specs only identified the iPad jack as stereo, but it does work with a headset jack that has that extra ring.
