Oh nasty! I did that exact same injury a few years back. It took months to heal and was extremely painful. Ice becomes your best friend.
I flew a couple weeks after too and it blew up like a balloon. Wasn't the best idea!
How did he do that?

How awful for you! The story is he kept off a tall building to save a baby from being eaten by a lion and he sprained his foot while saving said baby by kicking said lion several times. The truth is he leapt up to catch a frisbee and came down on an uneven surface. A cute girl helped him, so ... maybe not so terrible after all!
