My old hairdresser was a character. He got bored doing hair, so he started bartending...which is where he picked up a useful (?) trick. He swore he could tell how old you were by looking at their elbows. It kind of works, i think....10 years for each "wrinkle" in your elbow. So please go check for me and let me know if it is true for you. I would have tried to prove it out but it seems weird asking people if you can look at their elbows!
