I have no clue! It actually happened before (a while back) and Laura told me to change my settings and that actually worked then but I have tried again to change them, tried multiple pictures, all kinds of ways and it won't work lol I have no clue what to do!

Lol now nothing works again, so bizarre, I wish I knew what the trick to get it to change was lol oh well I have a new one for a bit even though it's really not a great picture
