The most important thing, Anthea, in my experience, is to watch the pre-game show. During that you get to "know" just who the heck is playing, and you get to pick whoever you think are the nicest chaps who ought to win. It's important to also pay attention to the outfits they wear, and pick the team who not only have the nicest chaps, but also the best color scheme. Once you've decided who to "root" for, the next most important thing is to have lots of chips, popcorn, Ritz crackers, and cheese in a can. Beverages must be of either the fizzy sort, or some sort of beer. Then you pick the spot on the couch where you can lay in a vegetative state very comfortably for the next four hours and vote for the most entertaining commercial. And that, basically, is the Super Bowl. The only reason I'm backing the Seahawks is that I live in Seattle and it's just what you have to do if you live here. They are completely nuts about the Seahawks here, and, quite frankly, I'm scared to not back them. So - "Go Hawks!!!" Now - I bet everybody who's against them 2 bolts per farmer! The colour of the uniforms is very important. They have to look good if you're going to cheer for them..

TOTALLY with you! I think Amanda won a tractor but she's the only one I know of. I'm not at all a fan of the topiaries. I know there are some out there that love them so at the risk of offending anyone, here's my current collection of "lameness":

Oh Sam I feel your pain. I've convinced myself that I don't need a tractor.....dumb thing takes up too much space. I always go for the 10 certificate prize now. That way when I get another caterpillar or topiary, I just laugh. Stupid game!
