I emailed them with a problem a while back and it took them three weeks to get back to me. When they did, it was a form letter that didn't address my problem. They said "they hoped this fixed the problem". I emailed back to say they didn't and resent all the info and pictures...still haven't heard back....probably never will.
Guess they were all working on the update!

By the looks of thing, about the same as two months ago lol! Still waiting for maintenance, and still unable to address problems, and still unable to get enough materials to do needed upgrades,,,,,,,,,remind me why we all play this??
