I'm a bit late on this discussion but indirectly Tom does get diamonds - he gets between 7 & 9 diamond rings on every errand if u ask him. As he runs up to 12 errands a day that means for spending 15 diamonds u effectively get around 120 in return plus a lot of coin. If u were to manufacture those rings in your jewellery store u would have to spend that many diamonds.

Hmmm perhaps I over analyse this stuff ....

Oh I have never refused. So it asks you how many you want then? Does he usually get it fairly quickly or does it take up a lot of your time with Tom?
