Press and hold the bush until you see the rotate icon popping up, then you can change it the way you want.

Tap and hold on a bush until a symbol with two arrows pops up their you can change the direction of your bush, same thing with mostly any thing in your farm!! Have fun!!!

Move it to an open space, and tap-hold. A "rotate" icon will appear. You just have to make sure there's room to turn it.
