I find screws and panels all the time in the paper. You have to get there right when the paper changes and be quick on the advertised things, mostly I just get lucky sometimes and find the materials on things like egg ads or such. I'm starting to see more expansion materials in the paper but I have a feeling the are going to be just like building materials. Rare

When you think about it tho land expansions are more finite than barn/silo expansions. Once everyone who wants to expand has expanded there'll be lots more materials going spare.
