I have cakes, pies, milk & sugar produce, a bit of juice.
No building materials though. I'm still collecting those for upgrade

My take is anything in my stand is for anyone who finds it. Anything that I want to make available to neighbors I sell through a trade with pm. I sell a lot through my stand because that's where you can really make money. Truck and boat orders are more for xp than anything, real money making is in the stand.

Stand items are fair game to all. But that's just my opinion and the way I play. If you want to delete or deferred, that is also your prerogative. It is all in how you play the game. But remember if you have something advertised, it is open for all to see, not just your friends. So be sure to never advertise if you have items that you are saving for your lower level neighbors.

I agree with Njscnm, if it's on your stand for sale, anyone can buy it. I had a neighbor who was selling some great stuff, I bought all of it of course, then noticed her farm name, which she had changed to "Don't be greedy". I felt sooo insulted and embarrassed, and then ten seconds later she came to my stand and cleaned me out, as if to "teach me a lesson"! I was so mad I instantly de-friended her. If you don't want me to buy it, don't put it out there. A PM to the intended recipient is the best idea, not a moral judgement of "greedy" if you buy great stuff that's up for sale.
