What does the dog and cat do?o.o

OMG aren't they the BEST!!! They do.... Nothing. I wouldn't mind so much watching the dog have a fair go at the delivery truck, or chasing the cat around, Or even running up an knocking lil Tom over. Though I guess it's better than nothing, but I cannot justify buying one, my froggies aren't very inclined to share my farm with any more animals, I heard them conspiring to stampede my flowers if they even got a wiff of another pet. So my hands are tied on this matter, guess I'll just have to miss out. Though if you end up seeing a hairy pet on my farm, I've obviously ran out of food and had no choice but to run a " a la frog leg specialty " to keep the customers happy

What does the dog and cat do?o.o

They eat about every 7 hours, then lay down and you pet them for XP's . Just like crops and other productions, every so often you get a gift.( I have gotten a saw, bolts and screws so far. The Xp's vary from animal to animal, the retriever earns you 30 where as the pincher earns 40. I'm not sure on the hound, as I haven't gotten him yet. I suppose he will be more xp's because he costs more vouchers. It is the same principle for the cats. Other than that they just roam around your farm and look cute. I wish they would run the foxes off my farm!
