It's random but if you level up while doing it a boat might ask for a new unlocked product you haven't made yet..

Yeah. Happened to me. I leveled up while doing Captain (not purposefully), got the ability to make Cherry Jam which takes 8 hrs each bottle, and next two boats consecutively asked for cherry jam. Wouldn't be able to pull it off without the help from this forum....

Now is the best time for you to do the Captain boats. The last update started the Captain achievement and all the players that were way up in levels, have to do jams, juice and pie orders by the hoards. (and brown sugar) Do the captain and hyper truck ones early in the levels, because it's easier to find and buy cream than jams.

Amen. Some of my boats were wicked easy, and some were nearly impossible. Help is here for the asking. In general, as in my to life, I try to give at least as much help as I get on this forum.

Have been away from forum all day thinking about TT2 strategy and filling my barn. Good to know the strategy I devised actually works for people: fill barn, then fill production queues and let the goods pile up on the machines. Remember, a product needs to be in the barn for you to be able to use it to fill an order or use it to produce something else, but it seems you can have many items waiting to gt into a fll barn.

I am now more optimistic that I can do Turbo Trucker II on my own, but if I have to come back here in a panic, I had an idea. Someone doing a TT probably won't have for PMing friending and wheating, so what if that person posted a brief msg like "Need 2 butter popcorn for TT3," and then people who know they are already friends with that person can post, "Have them in my roadside stand" or equivalent, and then the TT'ing person knows where to go to quickly find what they need? I for one would be always want to pay full price for this arrangement because that's what I would expect to find in the newspaper. Of course, both parties run the that someone else will scoop the itm before the TT'ing person, but that happens in the newspaper, too. (And another reason for putting up the item at full price.) What do people think? Sorry if I sound bossy, I don't mean to be, just suggesting.

...both parties run the RISK that someone else will scoop....

Good thinking there 2catz...
I agree for the code TT2 and TT3. Then anyone else in the forum at least will aware that certain someone is providing certain goods for the request and won't try to snatch it. At least I hope we in the forum have the dignity to do so :)

Let's see what others think about it...
