Some are impossible to complete without help or a huge reserve(brown sugar,white sugar and jams) others are a breeze,and everything in between.

Now is the best time for you to do the Captain boats. The last update started the Captain achievement and all the players that were way up in levels, have to do jams, juice and pie orders by the hoards. (and brown sugar) Do the captain and hyper truck ones early in the levels, because it's easier to find and buy cream than jams.

It's random but if you level up while doing it a boat might ask for a new unlocked product you haven't made yet.
