I got huge problem!

I just pay for diamonds in the game but nothing happens.
All the button turn grey and I cannot tAp it no more.
So, the first time I bought, it shows appstore window for comfirming password, after finishing it cut-off my credit in appstore but I do not receive any diamonds!? What should I do?

I sent e-mail to them but I think they might not reply immidiately.

I think the popcorn is going to be my biggest problem. I have 8 Popsicles in my barn and 3 in production. I have 4 pies in my barn and another 4 in production. I have a feeling I'm going to need A LOT of popcorn tho. I'll know better once the boat arrives xx
