Hi, folks,
Please allow me to introduce myself. A few of you may know me as 2catz38, farmer of Farm Fruste, or by my former Facebook name Martha W (from when Facebook login was required to ask neighbors to revive trees). I have been quietly farming largely independently for 44 levels, reading the newspaper ads and being supported by a tiny group of friends including "Micky/ILuvBree" (thanks for being a great customer in my shop!) and "kiukku..." (if you follow this thread). I've been intermittently checking this thread (I think I found it when it was on page 6!), although I was away from it for a few days during which there was quite an explosion of posts, and I am now caught up only to page 290 plus the last several pages. I've loved the hints and the validation that my strategies actually work (because others talk about using them, too).
Anyway, now that I want to do some of the tougher achievements, it's clear that I'll need some more help from more friends, so I thought I'd join up and see how we can help each other. I'm waiting for boat #6 in a row to arrive, and it calls for brown sugar (!), blue sweaters, and mixed berry juice. I've already sent Tom on some errands (he would be fired pretty quickly for laziness if he worked where I work), and I have him for another 23h, so hopefully I'll be ok for this boat, but of course the real challenge will come filling the next 6 in a row without him!
I'm most likely to be playing early mornings, late evenings, and weekends including Fridays. I often have tiny quantities of building materials in my shop, which I could offer here instead to help out. Also I tend to keep my pie oven going round the clock, so chances are, if you need a pie, I have one for you. My barn is small, so I don't have huge piles of stuff, but I try to keep a pretty wide variety of stuff and replenish each day.
Anyway, have a great weekend, everyone!
PS: Micky, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I send good thoughts your way.
