how are you losing money? make pies & cakes, and sell for max price... sell pancakes for 100 each... they still sell. Hold off on doing orders off the board... only sell at your stall. scour for cheap building materials and expansion stuff you can sell for full price. Go on a mega wheat harvesting trip, sell all wheat at your stall for 10 for 1 coin so it sells fast and sell the materials you get when you harvest... eg panels etc. plant lots of the stuff that takes a long time overnight and sell off in the morning.

Stop doing boat and truck orders, sell everything in your shop, and don't buy from others unless its a great deal
