They are always vague. A few weeks ago I was proposing seasonal themes with jack-o-lanterns for halloween..they said they had issues with the servers and couldn't fit those on time, but they made christmas theme later (I knew in advance xmas stuff was coming hehe )
As far as other products are concerned, I had also suggested potatoes, a carpenter to produce wood material (not using planks and panels obviously)...so like stools, or combine them with metals as well.
already mentioned indigo and pumpkins being underused but never got a reply about them explicitly.
I often contact them though, they have always replied kindly, and once gave me back some diamonds that I reported lost due to server issues
