I tried to report loss of materials but it's not letting me do it.

Same I definitely know that I lost 10 planks and 2 bolts but I'm sure I've lost other stuff too just no idea what :s wonder how they will compensate us maybe diamonds

It just worked for me. Maybe if you restart your game? If that still doesn't work you can email them directly.

Lol I was so pissed off that I made a note of my quantities (at least expensive ones, don't care about missing creams lol).
I lost 10 panels, 1 plank, 3 blackberry jams, 1 land deed argh and 3 bolts !!! argh

Diamonds would be nice! I think if they don't have a way to replace the actual items they'll probably just refund the gold.

I also send a direct messege yesterday to one of the guys at supercell (including screenshot before and after some of my items disappeared) who replied that they are perfectly aware of that and to let them now about the items. I suspect thousands of people will report so it will be a looooooong story
