Just a caution to everyone on purchasing items today. I have made multiple purchases of food and building supplies. The money gets deducted and supplies are initially in barn but then when log back on....the items are gone from barn and money is still deleted. I have reported to Hay Day my issue.

Happened to me too with some building materials. I take screenshots everytime I increase my amount of building materials/expansion materials/diamonds. I once got re-given 5 diamonds I found in a box which were lost after 2 minutes due to server issues...worth a try...

I have also helped the same trees and bushes about 3x now

Lost 10 panels I bought earlier but it seems I did not lose the money. This is so frustrating, it's like the only way to accumulate building materials is to go treasure hunting for them or harvest like crazy. Damn.

On the one hand you are right. But on the other hand I really like filling other peoples boxes, because of the xp. Helps a lot to level up

Agreed Shelby but if he wants to do it and ppl keep filling it...so be it. I personally will quit helping if I see ppl doing this.

Well I haven't received any xp or money for helping others yet. I am sure there is a glitch. But why play a game but ask everyone to play it for you? It is really taking advantage of the system and will prevent lots of people from helping.

If I don't have the supplies or most of it then I send the boat away.

I did, I actually wrote down how many of the product I had and my xp's , coin total. Then helped and my xp's were up and coins too. The products were less

But if you can't get all the help, it may happen you will sit on that boat for hours and still not be able to fill it. That is why I was gonna send mine off but someone offered to help before the boat came in. So it will benefit us both.

Yes I agree with that. Everyone has choices. I just don't want my nbrs to not help because of some people taking advantage of the privilege to be able to ask for help.
