If the specific person with whom your speaking is a neighbor through gamecenter then you can just find them by hitting the icon on the bottom right (3 people in a circle).... If they are not currently a neighbor then you would give your gamecenter ID and the other person would add you through GC, you accept the friend request....now your neighbors!!!! You can travel to different farms this way
