For the first time since I got my smelters months ago, I am not able to refill the queues. It's very frustrating especially since they take so long to make. I am fortunate that I have 5 smelters and something like 5 queues for each of them, so it will take a couple days to completely run out (I had all the queues filled) and hopeful I will snag something before that happens, but at this point, I am doubtful that I will be able to continue to run them at full capasity.

I have managed to get lucky via the newspaper with TNT and shovels I will gladly give you some to at least keep ya rolling for a little while if ya want.

I already have a lot of pets and vouchers. I'm just frustrated they attached the vouchers so heavily to the metals and then then made it so hard to get the metals. On FaceBook, they said they would pass my feedback along. Hopefully it will do some good. But thank you again. I really appreciate it, but truly you may want to hoard them yourself. I thought at one time I would never run out. That is why I am so surprised by this turn around.
I'll take 2 tapes for 2 nails

At least quickly enough that when a machine opens up for purchase, I can buy right away and still have 20k+ coins left (I'd have more if I quit buying building supplies). I skipped the mine+ smelter all together and just selling roadside and helping my neighbours here and there. At the beginning I did more board orders to level up, but once I got the bakery, I mainly do roadside with occasional board. Yes it'll take me a few days to level up but I get quite a bit of coins and building my barn + silo up. Plus, I want to be as self sufficient and with enough coins when I do the boat so that I can buy whatever I lack full price if need be from my neighbours/paper.
I honestly though have more fun flipping products. It's exciting when I find apples for 11 and selling for 30. I can even feel guilt free selling to my visitors for 20 something. I still profited, made XP and adding points to the awards system. I made a lot of money from flipping cherriesif you get a hang of the prices and know which is cheap and how much you can sell for, you'll make money. When I advertise, I advertise an item that usually won't sell right away. It's hit and miss but pumpkins, corn breads, and peppers hang about longer. I actually like advertising bacons and eggs. Even at a discount it sits but I get a steady stream of customers and i just replenish as I go. he ad last longer and I keep refilling. I made 3000 on one ad one time. Then before I go to bed, I'd put nice things like cakes, pies, etc unadvertised for my neighbours. When I get up, most will be gone and I collect 1000 coins at least.
Hope that helps!

And your buy & sell strategy sounds great!
I remember on the first day I got this game, I went a day with no sleep and advanced 17 levels straightawayNow that I'm level 40ish, the amount of stars needed to level up are so high, but with all machines working, it'll accumulate in time.
Being self-sufficient by owning all possible machines is important, in my opinion
