This makes me wish Laura had written the instructions that came with our FAX/copy/message center machine at work! :D
These instructions are so good, I want to cross-stitch them and make a sampler :)

Well, just a thought. I think Hay Day discussions and barn raising on the same thread would be a bit of problem.

1. People who want to get the reward by posting the pic of their barn may find it difficult to trace the post which states the reward. Seeing the reward and then posting would be more productive than just posting the picture to get the reward. Like now, I dont require any TNTs, so I am not posting my pic because it will be a waste, since I dont have any stone groups to clear. Anyone who really needs to clear out land may need them.

2. It will be also easy for the one who hosts that session, to check out who posted the pic first, more easily without any long search if a new thread is made. 3. Any newcomers will find a brief introduction of barn raising and its examples in the first few pages of a new thread.

Keeping in mind all these facts, I will be making a new thread - Hay Day Barn Raising. Hope you all agree with me. :)

New thread created.

Um, yeah. Hi. I've had several PMs in my mailbox this morning, from various players, asking if you're "for real" (or words to that effect).. and quite honestly, I am wondering the same thing?!!

There's a reason we are doing things the way we ARE doing them, and we will continue to do that, without a new thread, not to mention you don't have your information correct, even we don't have everything set in stone yet. We are still working on it, so what made you think it was ok to jump in and take over with this? Keeping things on this thread is a good way for us to measure the level of interest in the barn raising and it will liven up this thread, and that is what we shall continue to do unless a mod instructs us otherwise. The barn raising does involve trading and exchanging of items, so it isn't out of place here. If it grows, we had planned to move to a new thread, but we aren't ready yet. There was no hurry to start a new thread. It wasn't even decided what prices will be used etc, yet you seem to have jumped the gun and figured all of that out for yourself without discussing it with even one of the three of us who were involved in working all of this out. Micky, Chumley and myself still have details to discuss and we will proceed as we initially intended to.

New thread created.

You took a liberty.

Sadly, we didn't have time to express our opinions! Chumleyboo, level 72.

We will. I'll be continuing as we planned to at the start.. I don't know how you're feeling about that, but I'm not happy with this ridiculousness.

Yennlu had posted their screenshot, and I have moved it here..

although I feel your intentions were good I think you jumped the gun so to speak, I didn't know how to create a new thread ( I'm not very tech savvy hence the reason I contacted Laura ( sapphireoceans). Laura, I and chumlyboo have been discussing this behind the scenes for over a week, so for you to come in and take it upon yourself to change it in a matter of 10 min has got me baffled! I hope that we will be able to straighten it all out without any hard feelings, on our part or the part of the participants! I will now have to figure out how to get to this new thread and see what has been going on while I was sleeping last night. Like I said, I'm sure your heart was in the right place.

You were right!! :) Sent from my iPhone using iPF
I think I'm most excited about the possibility of new crops!!!! Now, if they would just give us something new to make in the loom and a bigger tackle box, I would have no complaints!!!! For now!!! Lol

There's scarf in that pic, and strawberry jam! :D and mayo, more use for eggs and cream? And do I see a bottle or jug of some kind of oil? Also for mayo maybe, and salads as dressing..

Tackle box is somewhat of an urgency! :O Can't wait for new crops..!!
