I can relate to sleep deprivation very well. I have a 3 yr and 15 yr old. No rest here. they both keep me going.

Of course and yes, one although one is a mix but has more ridgeback qualities than the pure bred??? Yours a RR too?

Yes. I also have two -- aunt and nephew. The boy is my picture but he's now blind (had pancreatitis 6 months ago; now diabetic/on insulin, which results in blindness in 3 months in dogs). He's 7 ; she's 9. He is textbook RR; she loves everyone!

Poor boy, how horrible for you all. I know how distressing it can be, our elder (he is adopted but we think he's around 11) was diagnosed with cancer 3 months ago, was told he might not last the month but he is still going strong (in fact almost improving if that is possible!). Of to the vets today for his annual vaccines as it doesn't seem he is planning on going anywhere!
