Just giving feedback on an interaction with Supercell as saw postings yesterday about how hopeless they are at customer service. I emailed them two days ago to complain I had lost all my goods on my stall and got no coins for it, seeing the postings yesterday expected little response but today received an email, apologizing, saying the IT guys are looking at it and giving me some coins to compensate for what I lost! Basically a result! OK it is only coins and nothing tangible to them but a response, acknowledgement and compensation. In my email I had mentioned I had posted my issue on 'a forum' so perhaps that also prompted a response but only fair to acknowledge them trying to remedy an issue (esp now as I am sure they are swamped with complaints since the update).
