Hi Manda,
A word of advice before starting TT III, it will be much easier if you start the challenge with a full board of orders that all have the green ticks on them, so rip off all the orders that you don't have goods to complete and keep doing so until the board is full of orders you can complete. Or, at least rip off the ones with difficult to find items (bars, jams, jewellery etc) and leave simple ones (muffins, popcorn, sweaters, pies etc) and do a little shopping before you start so those orders can be completed right away and you have enough stock.
Also though, watch out for orders that are asking for the same things because if you only have enough of something to complete one of those orders, completing it will leave you short for the other one. Also stock up on your basic crops before you start.
If you can rip orders until your board is full of relatively simple orders, you'll be starting with a major advantage
