Ok...well you go to the followers bar and go to whatever farm you want to delete. Once you are there, you click the button to "follow their farm". Then you click same button again to "unfollow" their farm. After you shut down the app next time and come back in, their farm will be gone. Voila! Please note that you have to have at least one of your 5 followers slots open to be able to do this.
