Can anyone tell me why some of the farms I visit don't have any trees or rocks on the unexpanded land? Mine was covered in rocks and trees as are most of the farms I've visited, but I've been to a couple that the unexpanded land was blank or only had one tree. I even took a screen shot of them because I found it so unusual
