So sad :'( just tried a new recipe for lunch and end up as a failure. Boo..

Yukjeon.. Korean beef pancake. It's burnt lol, I must have got the fire to big.. I hate wasting food but it's not edible either, it tastes baaaddd x(

yea perhaps you got the fire too big thats why its burnt. anything that is thin like pancakes, and korean pancakes consist of eggs right. gonna have it under small fire to prevent it to be burnt.. slow and steady wins the race!

i do drink lots of water, exercise regularly but eat healthy? meh! how can someone actually eat healthy with all the goody good food out there! haha.

Im sorry!! I think you should lower the flame.. N the pan shouldnt be too hot! Its like cooking fried egg but takes a little bit longer.. Maybe try again?

I did cook it in a shorter time before, but it tastes 'eggy' so I thought I'd fry it longer. I never thought it'd burnt

especially when im in singapore, an asian country. all the food !! how to eat healthy! never ever can do that! =D
3 days? i hope mine doesnt take that long to heal.. i dislike take meds actually. prefer to let the body fight off the bacteria on its own. build up my immunity system that way.
