GC: Nadia8/12 level 51

Visitors don't give as much in terms of coins. My goal back then was to always have enough coins to buy each machine as I get to that level and have at least 20,000 coins in my name still after each purchase. So I always sell in stall and I only wheat and eggs to visitors. I'd buy the 50 coin eggs and visitors buy at 110 more less. When I joined this thread there were only 700 or maybe 900 pages and I read, or skimmed, through all the pages and used the tips to level up moderately and earning a lot of coins. When I was lower level, before the first good machine (pie/cake??) I'd buy eggs, 50 coin ones, and sell all my feed. I'd make 22 coins per sale. Not much but when you didn't have any fancy machine, a little bit helps :) I did realise that less harvesting = less finding materials but I didn't need that many to upgrade back then so that wasn't a big deal :)

After I got a bigger silo, I'd buy all cheap crops and resell in stall. It wasn't until I bought coffee maker that I quit trying to make money as hard and instead of the stall, I'd sell the cheap found crops to visitors. I'd still make a bit of money while getting my points. I never sell barn goods to them. I don't sell strawberries and tomatoes to them either. They're harder to come by, cheap that is, in paper.

I was adamant about buying machines the second I could and still have lots of coins that I didn't get the dock until I got the jam machine. Around level 38. I wanted coins back then, not XPs. I never bought anything full price until I had 500k coins I think. But I always got enough from the cheap paper -- this was before co-op challenge so I really only needed enough for my own boat. The only exception was upgrade and expansion materials. I'd buy those at whatever price :) Now that I am a millionaire, XP, patronage, and finishing boat hunter 3, is my goal. Oh, I don't even have the fruit 3 badge yet. I didn't chop down my first apple tree until I was level 53 I think. I always bought cheap fruits from paper to use/flip/visitor :) I still have 600 to go I think.
