Sometimes it fixes it if you close out the game or if that doesn't work resetting your iPad.

Yea I did buy one but none appeared or the frogs just jumped into the pond and disappeared.

Making different cakes attracts frogs at my farm. I posted pics of it before.

270 max price isn't a lot. Building supplies a hard to come by at any price, and considering the price for them used to be 375 coins, 270 is a bargain.
