A word of advice, I wouldn't fill dairy or sugar boats unless you're going for captain achievement, lol.. they're a sodding nightmare and you need those resources for other stuff which is more valuable to you, and people are much more reluctant to part with those sugar/dairy goods, understandably. You can send them boats away by pressing the same button you press to send a full boat away, but must do so before filling or opening any of the crates.

How many creams per crate? Are the crates open? Are you doing captain?
