Ditto with me. My parents moved to the US when I was 5. I now don't speak Indonesian. I understand but my mom said my Indonesian is patah-patah (broken)
I used to visit every so often but not since grandpa passed away in 2007.

I had my oldest when I was 29. My first outing I ordered a drink. The waitress refused to serve me. She said both my IDs were fake. This was in CA!!

my mum looks very young too, she's into skincare and hates being in the sun, so her skin is in great shape, so I judge everyone compared to her and everyone looks old in comparison you know some people are always answering question about their age with 'guess'... well I always end up offending people by saying more

I stay with my friends.. The only family i have is my incle who stay in SAn Francisco but im in Los Angeles..
Havent even met once in my 3 years of stay in the US oh well.. Guess that we dont have the ate to meet each other
