Silly question. Have you tried closing the app completely. Ie when it's at the bottom on the iPad menu (not idea what's it called) bar? I found closing the app completely works. I get a lot of error messages. That seems to stop them for a short time.

Yes I have to do that too from time to time fixes everything but the ability to post pics says to contact the app administrator and tell them there forum plug in runner may be out of date but it works for everyone else just not me lol

Now THAT message I've had! I don't know how I got around it. Had it several times. Pain in the.... well, you know what!
If you have a couple mins spare, maybe worth reinstalling, even though that is also a pain in the.... lol x
