Thank you so much I'm only on level 19 but getting there have not received friends request yet but should do soon

Hi Patty, add me too, if you like. And if you put your GC name and level in your signature, it makes it easier for people to find you, :)

Hey Laura,

I agree that the three crates rule might educate people towards playing 'better' and putting more effort into it.
On the other hand I could profit from the lazy ones. I produce way more than I need for myself, so I was always glad when I could find crates of wheat, or milk, blue sweaters etc, easy stuff to dump my overproduction.
I doubt I will find a crate asking for eggs ever again, and still I'd like to keep my chicken fed. Just an example. I will have to sell much more than filling crates now. Selling doesnt bring xp, which I'd prefer...
Overproductive and underproductive farmers cant be balanced out as easily as before because of that rule.

Oh, I hear you. I appreciate there's certainly a downside that ties in with what you're saying, and that is unfortunate. I know some of the hardcore boat fillers and product over producers will be really disappointed. I never like to see people disappointed. But I don't think these new updates are ever going to please everyone. I found myself getting more and more frustrated by people who just open all crates because they can't be bothered to make their own products, refuse to use their own sugar/dairy stock, or just won't send certain boats away. I'm not referring to those who help others, I mean the "takers".

It wouldn't surprise me if the next thing we will see is the ability to open all crates again, but after the third it will cost diamonds to open each further one. When developers stop focusing on the players and concentrate on expanding their bank balance, no good generally comes from that from the player perspective. Greed is no good for anyone. And nothing is more frustrating than an update that needed bug fixes, where no bug fixes have been done.

I think I was trying to look at it from a different perspective, but I do see both sides. I'm sorry you are disappointed with the update and hope you didn't think I was being antagonistic :-(

Many will sell to trucks now that boats have limited crates... If we really need the xp... Or better yet, the forum will be alive with goods trade for boats...

These crates filling gave me too much Xp!

Looking to trade: Deeds, Marker Stakes, Mallets, Wood Panels, Screws for Nails, Bolts and Duct tape.

Yeah, you leveled up too fast with boat helps, dear... I admire that you get to achieve that with the limited barn space you have... Superwoman indeed...

I think I good you right in the first place :-)
I just wanted to point out that the lazy ones don't bother me too much. They are lazy. And demanding. But I only give them what I want to spare, so they are rather usefull than annoying for me. They might lose their use when they open up only the sugar crates now.

Chad: Hey, how are you? I do truck orders, too. But they are a bit different. Often a mix of products, never the possibility to get rid of lots of stuff.

I dont think the game will be no fun at all, and I dont mind adjusting my gameplay. But I dont see an improvement, so it feels rather like a limitation instead of an adjustment.

Just a random thought, not thought through in detail. Maybe you should be allowed opening more crates, when you fill crates yourself?
Not neccessarily 1:1. But maybe that makes the game too complicated? Wouldnt change what I mentioned before, but feels kind of fair for boat helpers with shortage on certain products.

I am fine, my friend... Well, the best thing to do with your surplus is trade/sell them here... At least, you get to help those who are really deserving...

Pity those who are doing co-op achievement... Most open crates are sugar and dairy...
