Yea, lol... I seek friends first, if no one needs help, i'll seek my followers (90+), then i seek on paper... Clicking them one by one.
Make sure you have plenty of goodies. So i just put aside all my materials, and only focus on one upgrading at a time, barn or silo...

I found that if the followers or any HD players, connecting their hayday with facebook, they will see u on their crates. But if not, then only GC friends can see it.
Vice versa with our own crates or even stall... Some of my followers frequently fill my crates and i can see them.

I roughly do the same, just on a smaller scale I guess
Hardest part is keeping up with goodies for me. Anyways, impressive work you are doing!
