The word we commonly use "recap" is actually a shortened version of "recapitulation". I love that word.

In my office I would assign my team with words that they had to get in when talking to a customer of the phone, the one with the highest number at the end of the week got a prize... It was a great way to keep the team motivated and got them answering the phones more

Don't even attempt mine, I'm armed and dangerous.. and by that I mean I have a ton of dynamite and TNT. I love blowing up my mine too much to waste it on pirates! lol..

What happened with your husbands, or boyfriend ( not sure) , chest pain?

Yeah bri i get what youre saying white sugar is used for so many products and it takes 40 minutes!!

He is going through testing right now and therapy to open up the arteries in his body so his heart won't have to work so hard. He will also go through upper GI tests to rule out gallbladder, liver, etc. He had his first day of therapy today, and he says he is feeling better, makes me feel soooooo much better too! This is the first good day he's had in a long time!
