That's it Grecio.... It's known as wheating. The seller puts a single wheat in the far right of the stall ( so its not easy to see when you open the stall up). The buyer then buys that single wheat and waits. The seller will then put the item for trade in the same box the single wheat was in. Then the deal is done. The idea is so the seller knows the buyer is there waiting.
