And i have a theory. If you see an exclamation sign on your friend's farm, but u cudnt find any boat or tree to revive. It might be because they have dead plant (s)

Thats why cino and fabio farm keep on having that sign, they have the dead tree.
Or... Maybe just a glitch. Lol.
