Maybe that's how they do it. You get extra xp and extra "shipment points" for completed boats. Maybe they call in boat after boat, let others fill it and send it away. Only thing they need is a stash of diamonds to keep the boats coming. They are popular because they are on top and followers have always a chance of filling a crate. WinWinMoney

If you have the money and followers then you can. You get 30+ points for each boat filled and no investment besides diamonds. That's quicker than finding a boat to fill and hoping the boat has what we have. I wonder if that top person is the prince of Qatar That's 10 diamonds a boat and he/she is calling them quickly.

I know! I just upgraded and lousy paper (so not much to offer right now) and I was searching for tapes and bolts earlier. Usually bolts I am short of though.
