I don't think it is exactly randomized they way they do it, though. 10 boring papers, one good one. Better not miss the good one.

I do have a feeling that the papers are setup based on level. Maybe it is just me, but when I look at the eggs and bacon papers and each ad, they are all level 20 or below. Anything else is 20 plus. "Good" stuff is where the hidden treasures are.

they are! I noticed that too, the whole newspaper will be the same level, annoying when you're out for boat help and they're all level 20 and below and none have the boat yet
