I don't think it is exactly randomized they way they do it, though. 10 boring papers, one good one. Better not miss the good one.

I do have a feeling that the papers are setup based on level. Maybe it is just me, but when I look at the eggs and bacon papers and each ad, they are all level 20 or below. Anything else is 20 plus. "Good" stuff is where the hidden treasures are.
