Yep. When we eat meat, our tummy produce more acid to digest it. In general, healthy and beauty... Like u mentioned.

Talking about fatty food, I keep wondering how its so funny that the pigs in HD become so fat after eating and then suddenly lean after "sauna" and we actually get their meat from it.. Lol.. And I told my mom about it and she said it would be a dream comes true if sauna really makes you slim after one use .. Minus the meat coming out part.. XP
