Reminiscing (for my advanced fellow farmers) .....
Have you experienced an older friend or relative telling you how easy you have it now compared to when they were growing up? I have to laugh as I relate the sentiment to Hay Day.
Remember when we first started playing Hay Day and didn't have a pool of advanced farmers from which we could acquire products? We were all around the same level so we all had the same machines. We couldn't ask Papa Smurf for a cake because we didn't have the cake oven.NOONE had a cake oven. We had to bust our humps to save and buy it. Even so, wewanted to bust our humps to save and buy it. We felt a sense of achievement. We put deliveries on hold (we didn't have a boat back then) and sold at our shops to make coins to buy available machines. We didn't have advanced farmers to swoop in for the save.
Remember when the jam maker was first introduced? It was 98,000 coins. We saved up and bought it. Now it's 30,000 less. Imagine if the price didn't drop. (insert shocked face) "I don't own the jam maker but I'm going to try for my Captain Achievement anyway." (insert smack to the forehead) Best wishes. I look forward to your multiple posts requesting jam for your boat in the future.
Remember when new farmers would come in, introduce themselves, and ask how they can contribute? "I have 1 of mine I want 3 of yours." Best wishes.
