Actually that's not quite correct.
Bracelets need 2 silver and 1 gold,
necklaces 2 silver, 1 gold and 1 platinum

Diamond ring 2 gold, 2 platinum and, yes, 1 diamond. Never made those, always got lucky buying some from the paper so far

You need to buy the jam maker first at level 35... It cost 68,500 coins... Jeweler is available T level 38...
