Well u got owned said its an emoji attempt. If you don't know emojis are like the smiley faces. I have an emoji app on my iPhone that let's me put them in texts. I guess they are trying to insert them into their post on here and it doesn't recognize it so it spits out the random dde03 code instead. At least thats what I think is going on lol
