I know there is 60% off for 570. Depending on how fast you spend them, I'd buy whatever you could get for 60% and then buy again.
I haven't bought diamonds so far, but have the feeling, even the 60% comes quite often (1x a week?).

Not that often. I waited 8 weeks to receive 50%.
