Got an email back about my diamonds. You guys can't see me, but I am rolling my eyes BIG TIME. I'm sure people would be soooo upset by having to press a confirmation button when they wanted to use their diamonds.

"I am very sorry about the inconvenience this issue has caused to you and I perfectly understand that other players might have felt the same way. On the other hand, we found that a greater number of players is happy for the fact that the game is not fragmentary as it would be in case a confirmation step would be added each time a player wants to speed up a production or a crop or, in general, wants to spend diamonds to enhance the farm.

That being said, we always work hard to improve the game usability. I will immediately forward your concerns about how easy it is to spend diamonds to the team, so that they can take them into consideration for the future Rest assured that if something can be done in a way that does not impact the gaming experiences of the majority of players that are enjoying the game as it is, we will certainly implement it (we are actually testing different possibilities).

I've written to them so many times about accidentally using diamonds for speeding up a raspberry bush, etc, and asking them to add a confirmation button. Their standard reply has always been along the lines of "commiserations, it's happened to us too, because we also play, and it's really frustrating, but actually the button you have to press to spend diamonds is really small." So that's that then!

Also wondering when they will change the barn storage back to the way it used to be, which they said they would do many updates ago.

I think the horror of accidental spending of your hard earned diamonds is more fragmentary to the game than anything else. I got 6 diamonds yesterday and before I could decide which machine to add the production slot to, I pressed something by accident and lost 2 of them. And I'm trying to be extra careful with where I click...

Oh I didn't expect them back. I knew they were gone I'm totally over that. I just hate that they are so easy to spend like that. Their excuse makes me lol because I just find it so ridiculous. I was surprised by the quick reply though.

Would anyone on here really be that upset by a confirmation button when you actually wanted to use diamonds? I haven't gotten it often, but I know I'm grateful for the one when you go to spend the last of one your crops.

I almost feel like emailing them everytime I waste a diamond now (and encouraging everyone else to a well) so they see that this is something that the majority of their players want.

I used to email them every time it happened, but then noticed that their replies were less prompt each time. I would welcome a confirmation button and will write to them again, also about the barn storage, which irritates me daily!

Items in the barn used to be organised by production area, so all dairy together, all sugar together, etc, instead of by quantity. I much prefered this, as it was easier, amd quicker, to see what I had and what I needed, when setting up production.

That must have been before I started playing. It does sound awesome! I hate searching for stuff in my barn. I usually don't even bother and just use production machines to check. (Like if I want to know how many creams I have I just check by looking at the ice cream machine) Doesn't work for finished items though.

It was so much easier! I do the same thing, using production machines to check, but it can be cumbersome at times. Anyway, gotta go to bed, it's nearly midnight and I have an early start. And it's going to be hot tomorrow! Good night everyone.
