Where I live is all beef. Only small portion of people will try different things.

It's like that here too. Some people are so scared to try anything different. I will try anything once and if I don't like it I don't eat it again, but I also take into consideration how it is prepared. I used to hate scallops but once I ate them the way they are supposed to be prepared, I love them!
