Yay thank you Bobbie!!! Makes me super happy to have you say that :) It's exciting knowing I know the steps to save the life of someone in cardiac or respiratory arrest!! Or if they're choking :) I'm so proud lol :)

That is exciting knowing you could help someone!! I was required to do it when I was in the army but mine is long expired. Me and the hubby are gonna do it when we have kids for sure!

Yeah I have a 2 year old and it's kinda a relief knowing I could help him if need be..hopefully it wouldn't ever be needed but in the event it was..I. Should have done it sooner:) def. worth it. :)

Yes it is! I took care of a friends boy in the army when her husband was deployed and her son was really sick when he was little and would choke easily so there were a few times we had to use what we had learned to help him. What you have to do for children is so different than for adults and if you don't know that you could really hurt them more than help! As I'm sure you now know! ;)

Congrats Bri! I've had my CPR cert for several years now. I have to renew them every couple of years. Fortunately enough, I've never had to use it on people! My friend on the other hand, have used it three times helping people.

Definitely, it doesn't hurt to have it. It doesn't change much from the two years I've taken it. Just some minor things. At least when you recertify, it's only 1 day instead of 2 full days. The next one I have to take is a health care provider certification so I can do my practicum in spring semester. :)
